Refund Policy

The homestead (“we”, “us”) offers refunds for products and services rendered. This policy outlines the process and limitations when requesting a refund.

Ticket Sales

Tickets purchased online or at the Box office are eligible to be returned and refunded up to 7 days before the scheduled event. After this time we do not offer partial or any refund for the ticket and do suggest giving them to someone who may be able to attend.

When you need to request a refund, please reach out to the box office to start the process and we will refund the method of payment chosen to initially buy the tickets. We will not refund any fees collected during the initial purchase.

Online Sales

Physical Sales

Merchandise bought through the online store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You can either call the Box Office to initialize the process, ship the merchandise back to us with the order ID, or return in person. We also allow for exchanges on similar items within this time as well.

For returns that are shipped back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will also not refund the initial shipping costs as well. In the event you want to exchange, we have the right to charge shipping costs for subsequent requests.

Digital Sales

Due to the nature of digital media or items, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. Please be sure about your order when purchasing as all orders are final once processed.

Digital Sales include, but is not limited to:

  • Downloadable media
  • Access to secure pages


We offer various services through The Homestead which, once the service is rendered, we do not offer refunds. If an egregious error has been made, we may consider rendering a refund or work to correct the problem. Please contact us to review any issues with the service rendered.
