Frequent Questions

  • Where should I park?

Surrounding street parking is available for free on Mt. Carmel Ave, Easton Rd, and Glenside Ave. The free parking lot at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is available on Friday and Saturday nights ONLY. Park at your own risk and read the signs at the Glenside Train Station parking lot. Please be mindful to not block residents driveways.

  • Is there reserved seating?

Seating is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Between the time when doors open and when the show begins is the window for arriving and claiming seats. The earlier you arrive, the more likely you are able to claim a seat. Certain shows will be noted if they are standing room only. Certain shows or events will be noted if there are a limited number of seats (i.e. 50 or less).

  • How do I get a refund?

The Homestead issues refunds no less than 7 days prior to show date. Please give your ticket to a friend by sending them your ticket order confirmation and the name the order is under, or call 215-623-9524 to release them back to us so someone else can use your ticket. If you do not release tickets back to us or do not give them to a friend, your ticket purchase is considered a contribution to The Homestead. Please review our refund policy for more information.

  • Is The Homestead BYOB?

Yes! We are a BYOB venue. We provide a wine opener & beer openers. We DO NOT allow any other liquor onsite other than wine or beer. For certain shows and events, our local friends at The Ways Restaurant & Brewery serves beer at the venue available for purchase. When The Ways serves at certain shows, no other alcoholic beverage is permitted in the venue. Certain shows and events will be noted if they are or are not BYOB.
